After a long time, I found this book which is not just a self help book. It takes you to connect with your deepest self and also helps guide you to actively engage your chakras in your spiritual journey.

The book is divided mainly into 3 sections namely

  1. Read and Enjoy
  2. Do and Feel
  3. Meditate and Transcend

Each of these 3 sections, further has chapters to help to take steps to learn more about meditation, chakras and journey to the centre. The text is easy to understand and comprehend and motivates you to take the step and try it for yourself. There techniques help you integrate the learnings in your day to day life. All you would need is to spend some quality time in your day with the book and include the practises.
One things is for sure, that after reading the book, you would be on a path to sustainable joy.
