The current unprecedented pandemic is taking a toll on our overall health and well-being and we can’t deny the fact that it drains us over time. And we would not want this drain to come on our health insurance now, would we?

Just try eating meals at the same time every day and if you are not hungry for a full meal, just eat a small snack to maintain your timetable.
Consider it as an opportunity to open up to some healthy changes, craft a perfect diet and stick to it. You may start by eating more whole foods, reducing processed foods, and including more fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet.

Yes the start 2 months of lockdown had messed up with my diet and eating habits with staying up late as we dont have to wake up early..eating junk and drinking aerated drinks….so I stopped frm June onwards and have been watching what I eat and how much I eat.
