How to Make a Matcha Tea Face Mask at home?

This is a three-ingredient mask, which is very simple and super quick to make. To be effective, make it when you are ready to use,

Also, I don’t say this often but this is really an effective mask and the results can be seen from the first use itself. I have been using it for over a month now and I am super impressed with its results. I use it once every week for a glowing smooth skin.

Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoon Japanese Matcha Tea Powder
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon Rosewater
  • few drops of Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions to apply Matcha face mask:

  • Mix all the ingredients with Matcha tea to form a thin paste.
  • Using fingers or brush, spread the mask all over your face and neck using circular movements.
  • Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then using damp fingers massage it onto your face and wash with water or wet washcloth.

The directions below are for a single-use face mask, but you may increase proportionally for more quantity. You may also add honey or yoghurt to create a perfect consistency, additional benefits and more shelf life. This way you could prepare and store it in a refrigerator for a long.
